College Centres

In addition to our city centre premises at Coláiste Éamann Rís, the Music Outreach Network has centres in:

Ballygarvan, Beaumont, Carrigaline, Douglas, Glasheen, Glounthaune, Innishannon, Midleton, Montenotte, Rochestown and Saleen.

Instrumental classes in a variety of instruments and Music Bug Club classes are held on certain days each week at these centres. Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The Music Bug Club classes are held immediately after school and all other instrumental classes are scheduled after this, with priority of scheduling given to group/partner classes and our younger students.

These are the following locations and times for Music Bug Club 1 classes for September 2023. Please note, class availability is subject to sufficient enrolment and there may also be some slight changes due to alterations in class scheduling in centres. Scheduling of Music Bug Club classes takes place during the summer months. Class times for September 2024 have not been confirmed yet but we hope to adhere as closely as possible to the 2023 academic year schedules.

Class schedules are compiled during the summer months and confirmation of lesson times are emailed to students early to mid-August. While we aim to adhere as closely as possible to schedules from the previous academic year, there may be some variation to lesson times previously scheduled. Flexibility with regards to times is essential. All places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and when enrolling, we kindly ask students to add a note to their booking stating their preferred day and time of availability. We always do our utmost to facilitate requests where possible.

In Outreach centres, lesson slots immediately after school are reserved for Music Bug Club classes. Educational considerations take precedence in grouping the classes; priority is given to group classes and our younger students in the earlier time-slots on a teacher’s schedule.
