Cork City Library Performance

We were delighted to collaborate with the Music Library in Cork City Library for a fantastic concert for our Leaving Certificate music students on March 2nd. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to perform their pieces before their upcoming Leaving Certificate practical exams. From renditions of Oliva Rodrigo to Chopin to Ozzy Osbourne, it was a brilliant concert. Congratulations to all our performers on the day. Many thanks to the staff in Cork City Library for welcoming us so warmly and for their help in organising this event.

Cork City Music College Ensembles Concert 2024

Congratulations to all our students who took part in our annual Ensembles Concert on the 10th of February in Coláiste Éamann Rís. It is one of the highlights of our year, and it was a wonderful day of music making. We heard fantastic performances from our Music Bug Club 1 and 2 classes, Junior and Senior String Ensembles, Piano Duets, Jazz Band, Guitar Ensemble, and our Children's Choir. Many thanks to their wonderful teachers for preparing them for their concert.

Open Day 2023

CCMC is very excited to welcome everyone to our Open Day on the 1st of April in Coláiste Éamann Rís from 2pm. We will have many different activities available, including free trial lessons, information workshops and performances from our students. Trial lessons will be available on the piano, violin, cello, guitar, ukulele, flute and also our popular Music Bug Club programme. Please email us to book a lesson as places are limited. This event is suitable for all ages: from 6- 106!

Cork City Music College Ensembles Concert 2023

Congratulations to all our wonderfully talented performers who took part in the Ensembles Concert on Saturday February 11^th in Coláiste Éamann Rís. It was a fantastic event; we enjoyed performances from our many Music Bug Club 1 and 2 classes, Junior and Senior String Ensembles, Piano Duets, Flute Ensemble, Guitar Ensemble and In-house Jazz Band. Many thanks to their dedicated teachers who spent so much time preparing the students for this concert, and a huge thank you to the Moms and Dads who spent so much time driving back and forth to rehearsals over the year! We can’t wait for next year and you may be able to catch some of our Ensemble groups again at the Open Day on April 1^st.
